InspectorsFinder provides tools to discover inspectors, communicate, and manage inspection-related workflows. We may modify features with reasonable notice where appropriate.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Clients and inspectors
Inspectors are independent professionals; InspectorsFinder does not perform inspections. Agreements for inspection work are between clients and inspectors unless otherwise stated in-product.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading conduct.
- No interference with the Platform’s security or availability.
- No scraping or bulk extraction beyond permitted API use.
5. Fees
Certain features may be fee-based. Prices and billing cycles will be presented before purchase. Taxes may apply based on jurisdiction.
6. Intellectual property
Content provided by InspectorsFinder is owned by us or our licensors. User content remains yours; you grant us a license to operate and improve the Platform.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated herein.
8. Limitation of liability
InspectorsFinder’s aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months or fifty dollars (USD), except where prohibited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
